Connect has its own SIM-card and cellular 2G/3G connection so it will not use any data from the user’s mobile phone or computer to transfer chair data to Connect servers for fleet management. Virtual Seating Coach (VSC) uses Bluetooth connectivity to communicate from chair to user’s smart phone or tablet. VSC app will require user phone data or Wi- Fi to transmit seat actuator information to VSC servers.
