Does the end user of the wheelchair have to consent prior to the activation of the Connect?

Yes. The Connect device is already installed on the wheelchair from the factory, but the data recording is not active. User consent and acceptance of the terms of use
is required to activate the Connect services. Users are not required to activate Connect to use the wheelchair.
